The seller's description was misleading. I overpaid based on their description and wasn't informed of shipping delays. The costume arrived with minor tearing on sleeves, poor stitching, facemask problems, and ill-fitting gloves. I didn't want to keep this defected costume; especially for $50. Though the quality wasn't great I tried to be reasonable and received low-ball return offers instead of a return label. I feel deeply insulted and do not recommend high cost purchases from this seller.

We have been trying our best to help the buyer solve the problem, and the buyer told us that the suit is very suitable and there are some issues with the mask. We have provided a replacement mask and a $12 refund compensation. The buyer informed us that they accept a $15 refund without the need for a replacement mask. We are preparing to assist them in attempting to apply for a $15 refund compensation....
