The material is nice, has a nice leather look. Only complaint is the 2 elastic bands on the bottom to slip under your shoe are very small, and not well made. My son has a size 10 shoe and it wasn't even close to being able to place under his shoe. I was examining them to see if I could extend them, and they broke within 10 minutes. That said, they lay on top of the shoe very well, and I feel the elastic is unnecessary. This is a a good product for Cosplay.

Spats were a good boot look alike. Elastic straps on the bottom were to short had to be replaced with longer and more sturdier straps. The boots were to loose and kept falling down. They need a method to hold up the boot tops or they end up by your calves. Otherwise it was a good purchase.

I would totally buy this again. Overall good quality. Just for knowledge's sake, this is only boot cover ups. So you need a pair of black shoes (or whatever color to match the boot part) to go under. I bought this for my brother, and he has huge feet. They fit him perfectly! Was very impressed.
