There was a hang up somewhere in the shipping and I contacted seller. They responded quickly and started a investigation with their shipper. They offered a full refund if it didn't arrive by the day we needed it. It ended up coming a week late and 2 days after we needed it but we kept it for other events as it is a very fun costume.
